Internal and external reviews of our performance

"The British Library: Providing services beyond the Reading Rooms", a report by the Comptroller and Auditor General (HC 879, Session 2003-2004: 28 July 2004). A printed copy can be purchased from The Stationery Office.

Demonstrating Value, a one-day conference held at the British Library in 2004, was organised to explore the innovative ways in which public and voluntary sector organisations can measure their value and demonstrate the benefits they deliver.

Increasing our Value is a report detailing how the Library adds value to the UK economy, setting out the case for further public investment.
