When completing your booking form please take note of the following:
- Please be aware that we need at least one month's notice for all bookings.
- We have a 1:6 adult:student ratio for participants aged 11 and under, and a 1:10 adult:student ratio for participants aged 12-18.
- Be sure to enter details such as special needs and a selection of at least two potential dates.
- The Lunch Room is available only if requested in advance via the booking form. Alternatively, your group may picnic outside on the Piazza.
| Please note that from 1 April until 31 August 2010 we will be unable to offer groups the use of our lunch room facilities due to building works taking place. Groups are more than welcome to use our outdoor spaces. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
Please return your completed form to learning@bl.uk. Once received, we will send you an acknowledgment email, however this is not a confirmation. We aim to contact groups within two weeks to either confirm your booking or ask for alternative dates.
Cancellation Fee
All workshops and activities are free of charge but must be booked in advance.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations must be made with at least 14 days notice or a cancellation fee of £80 per workshop will be charged.
If the number of students changes significantly, please let us know at least 14 days before the workshop, otherwise you may be charged.
Workshops/tours may be cancelled (at British Library Learning’s discretion) if groups arrive more than 30 minutes late, for which a cancellation fee may also be applicable.
